What counts as a user?
A user is a person who creates or edits procedures. The Team plan starts at 5 users; below that, choose Pro.
Do readers need an account to view a procedure?
Not if you share a public link. You can also restrict access to members or protect the link with a password.
How does the trial work?
14 days on Pro and Team, then an automatic switch back to the free plan. You keep your procedures.
How does the yearly discount work?
Paying yearly gives you a 20% discount and is chosen directly at sign-up.
Can we change plan along the way?
Yes, at any time and with no commitment. Email us if you need help choosing.
Can you take over our existing procedures?
Yes: Word or PDF import splits your old documents into editable steps.
Can we capture outside the browser?
Yes, with the Mac and Windows desktop app.
Where is our data?
In France, with Hostinger: servers and database. It is never used to train AI.
