Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your procedures, screenshots and videos are never used to train AI.
Where is our data hosted?
In France, with Hostinger, database included. The list of subprocessors is public.
How do we delete our data?
You can delete it yourself from your workspace, or email support@proced.ai and we’ll take care of it. Items moved to the bin are permanently deleted after 30 days.
