Questions about the calculation
How is the time with proced.ai calculated?
Your average time is split into five tasks. For each one, we keep the time that genuinely remains: doing the task once, reviewing the steps, blurring what needs it. In total, about 30% of your current time is kept.
Why not claim more?
Because reviewing and adjusting takes real time, and a well-made procedure deserves a review. The calculation stays deliberately cautious.
Is the subscription included?
Yes, the net yearly gain deducts the Pro plan at €24 excl. VAT per month for one user. For a team, the Team plan starts at €15 per user, from 5 users.
Does the calculation include updates?
No. Updating a procedure is much faster with proced.ai, but that gain isn’t counted here.
