Data collected on the website

Demo and contact forms: name, email, company, job title, team size and message. This data is used only to reply to you and to organise the demo you requested. It is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Application data

Procedures, screenshots, videos and user accounts are hosted in France by Hostinger, database included. The AI assistant runs on Mistral AI and emails are sent by Brevo. Your data is never used to train AI. The list of subprocessors is public on the Subprocessors page.

Cookies

The website sets no advertising cookies. Technical cookies may be set when you sign in to your account. The site’s font is hosted locally: no data is sent to a third party to display pages.

Deleting your data

You can delete your procedures and your account yourself from your workspace, or email support@proced.ai. Items moved to the bin are permanently deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, email support@proced.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
